About TGMetrics

TGMetrics is an index of public crypto Telegram communities. For every channel and group it records member counts daily, reads public posts and their view counts where Telegram exposes them, and computes growth, activity, and an authenticity score with the evidence behind it. It also flags lookalike handles that resemble official channels.

The data comes from three places: the official Telegram links that projects publish on CoinGecko and DEX listings, Telegram's own public channel pages, and the public message history of channels and groups. Nothing private is read. Members are never profiled individually.

The site is built for people who need to judge a community quickly: exchange listing teams, investors, marketers choosing where to promote, and anyone checking whether a Telegram link is the real one. Data access for exchanges and research teams is available by arrangement.
